Bookkeeping services for Tennessee businesses
Monthly bookkeeping and advisory run on one flat monthly fee. Scope gets set on the discovery call, reviewed after six months, then once a year after that. Cleanup projects, add-ons, and anything outside your agreed scope are quoted separately and billed only with your approval. No hourly surprises, no meter running when you call with a question.
Monthly Bookkeeping
All transactions are categorized and coded. Bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations are completed each month. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are tracked and reported each month. At the end of the month a P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Report are sent and explained. And at year end, a package is built for your tax preparer.
Catch-up & Cleanup
Quoted separately as a one-time project, then you roll into monthly service. I rebuild your books around how you actually work and what makes sense for your business, work through all of your real bank transactions, reconcile every account through the current month, and coordinate prior-year corrections with your tax preparer.
Advisory & Reporting
Clean books are the minimum. Profitability can be tracked by job, property, client, or product, so that you know which of your services or products are profitable or if a change needs to be made. A Cash Flow Projection for up to 90 days to help plan for the future. A monthly call that makes things easy to understand.
